Updating of certain elements of the internal control system of participants in an investment and construction project

The sustainable development of construction organizations depends on the state of the economy as a whole. Currently, the overall level of development of the country is unstable, the construction industry, being the driver of the Russian economy, is experiencing difficulties, but continues to solve technical, economic and social problems related to labor productivity, resistance to external and internal factors, profitability and other indicators, digital technologies. To achieve certain indicators, to overcome modern challenges and threats, the participants of the investment and construction project use internal resources, one of which is the internal control system, which forms an adequate control environment in the organization. The system of internal control in the construction organization functions continuously, which allows the economic entity to adequately assess the conditions of activity, adapt to changes in the construction industry, updating the certain elements of the system; work productively, to maintain stability and development.
