Actualization of the role of communication in the business processes of the service company

The article considers the problems of the influence of internal communications on the efficiency of the company's activities. It is shown that to ensure the manageability of the company, managers must more clearly understand the possibilities of internal communications as an administrative subsystem. It is concluded that the information age, which has overwhelmed us with a huge flow of information through various channels, makes communication within the organization more important than ever before. Business can not underestimate the role of communications and management should be maximally involved in this process.
