Current practice of conducting procurement under the Federal law of 18.07.2024 No. 223-FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" using the example of the Orenburg region

The presented article touches upon the current practice of conducting procurement in accordance with Federal Law No. 223 “On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities” by corporate customers. The article examines the main differences between Federal Law No. 223 and Federal Law No. 44. The authors analyze the key indicators of procurement activities in accordance with 223-FZ by customers of the Orenburg region. Based on the analysis of the placement of purchases in accordance with 223-FZ on the territory of the Orenburg region, a conclusion is formed about the role of the procurement system in the regional budget.
