Urgency to combat "squatting" plots with increase of investment appeal

The author of the article analyzed the unsatisfactory situation in the sphere of rational use of land with high investment attractiveness in the Moscow suburbs, considered arising in connection with this problem. Examples of unauthorized use, «squatting» of land. We propose effective measures and procedures to deal with «squatting», which, according to the author, will contribute to more rational use of high-value land.
