The article deals with the humanitarian orientation of interregional and cross-border cooperation of libraries of the CIS countries. The relevance of the development of this activity is determined by the interest of the States and peoples of the Commonwealth in the development of integration in all spheres of life, which is reflected in the interstate acts of a conceptual nature.
