The article shows the current state of the Russian economy and, discusses how relevant, necessary and possible transformation to the model of circular economy. The article also gives examples of the most successful experiences of the transformation to the model of circular economy in foreign countries. In addition, analyzed possibilities of using experience of foreign countries for the Russian economy.
