The author examines the practice of arbitration courts for application of the law on individual bankruptcy. The article highlights issues of actual problems, the author suggests solutions of filling a gaps in legal regulation, that based including on personal experiences. Concluding that its necessary to get explanation to some emerging issues. The cases under consideration have great practical importance because of increasing number of individual bankruptcy procedure.
