Topical aspects of the interaction between the Russian army and the church

This article examines the interaction between the Russian Army and the Russian Orthodox Church, the reasonableness and necessity of the development of the institution of military clergy. The historical connection between the Russian Orthodox Church and the Armed Forces is analyzed. Problems that hinder the development of the institution of military clergy are considered.
