The article is devoted to methods of pricing and practice of their application in the business. The study lists the existing methods of pricing. The purpose of the study is to reveal the most relevant price methods for the current economic conditions. It is also justified why the methods of stimulating the market are the most suitable for a market economy in a highly competitive environment, and settlement methods in modern conditions can only be used for the basis for the formation of the price of a purchase-sale transaction.
