Relevant indicators of value creation in the system of value-based management

The article is considering relevant value indicators, included in the value-based management system. The concept of profit maximization, as the main goal of functioning and development of the business, is being replaced by the concept of value maximization. So, the financial management gradually is transformed to value-based management. In the value-based management system special attention is paid to value indicators, whose components are demonstrating operational, financial and investment activities. Obviously, the choice of an objective set of value indicators is an important management decision that any corporation makes, which, in turn, depends on many external and internal factors - the size of the company, the state of the market, the availability of debt, dividend policy, and others. The number of corporations implementing the system of value indicators is currently growing, but there are not every corporations are able to extract the same benefits.
