Actual problems of financial management of investment projects

The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that when studying the problems and prospects of investment project management in modern science, the role of the financial department in project management is ignored or underestimated, which at the same time plays a key role in planning and evaluating the effectiveness of investments. Within the framework of this study, the role of the financial department in investment management and its key functions have been determined. Revealed are the actual problems faced by the financial service in the process of investment management. Recommendations are given for enhancing the role of the financial service in making strategic management decisions of an investment nature, the formation of a unified financial and management environment based on the collaboration of related departments.
