Current problems of the institution of syndicated lending in modern Russian law

Currently, syndicated lending and its legal support attracts the attention of not only the scientific community, but also practitioners in the field of banking, financial and civil law. Due to the complex structure and special regulatory mechanism, syndicated lending transactions are the subject of ongoing discussions and disputes. If in international practice this type of lending has a rich history, then in Russian law this institution is just beginning its development. The emergence of the institution of syndicated lending in Russia is a big step in the development of economic relations, the implementation of significant projects and the attraction of a significant amount of investment in a variety of areas. At the same time, it should be said that the lack of a proper level of legal support for the institution of syndicated lending in Russian law calls into question the possibility of its effective application in the current realities.
