The article is devoted to the study on convergence of private and public law: in terms of regulation of the trafficking of goods and dual-purpose technologies. The interconnection between the convergence process of private and public law and control efficiency trafficking of goods and dual-purpose technologies. The author studies the process of transformation of the legal status of goods and dual-purpose technologies and makes proposals on legislation improvement in the trafficking of goods and dual-purpose technologies.
