Actual problems of inheritance law in Russia

The author analyzes the problems of legal regulation of hereditary relations in Russia. He comes to the conclusion that the relevant legislative norms do not allow to unambiguously resolve controversial issues both when determining the circle of heirs, the size of their shares in the inherited property, its composition, and when recognizing the rights to it. Provides examples from Russian judicial practice. Provides directions for solving identified problems.
