In the course of the analysis of normative and methodological acts that are used when challenging the results of cadastral value of real estate objects, including land plots, some contradictions in the content of the current legislation were identified, certain difficulties arising both in the commission for consideration of disputes on the results of determining the cadastral value, and in court. The low functionality and efficiency of the mass method of cadastral valuation of real estate objects is also shown. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to optimize the process of state cadastral valuation should accelerate the process of verification of information in the Unified state register of real estate (EGRN), it is necessary to continue the development of the functional on state cadastral evaluation, contributing to the improvement of the effectiveness of this process. The object of the study is the public relations that develop over the contesting of the results of cadastral value. The subject of the research is a system of normative legal acts, scientific sources, and publications. The system and logical types of analysis were used. The SHAPE \* MERGEFORMAT practical significance is the possibility of using the research in the process of teaching relevant special courses in higher education institutions, as well as the possibility of using this work in further research.
