Actual problems of the order of stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Russian Federation

This study examines the main problems of the order of stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Russian Federation, which are reflected in the legislation of the Russian Federation. Such types of stay as a temporary residence permit and a residence permit have been studied and analyzed.
