Current challenges for legal groundwork for tourism in Russia

The article looks into the outcomes of studying the Russian Law in tourism. The author notes that the initial experience in the legal groundwork led to legalizing the social sphere in tourism and its rapid growth within market economy. Along with the aforesaid the law application analysis revealed a number of stumbling blocks hampering the development of travels of all kinds. The analysis carried out by the author helped formulate and prove the basic trends in raising the quality of legal regulation for Russian tourism in the nearest future.
