Actual problems of legal regulation of relations in equity construction in the Russian Federation

The article reveals the modern problems of legal regulation of relations caused by the improper use of the system of legal means by the participants of shared construction. Established and analyzed the existing prerequisites for the problems associated with the imposition of additional services by the developer and other unfavorable situations for investors through the fault of the developer. On the basis of the analysis the possible ways of solving the studied problems are proposed.
