Actual problems of the use of physical force, special means and firearms by a police officer in the course of solving operational and service tasks

This article is devoted to the problems of effective use of coercive measures by police officers in accordance with the law, including the possibility of using weapons in conditions of high psycho-emotional stress to solve operational and service tasks. The problems arise from the lack of knowledge of the legal framework by police officers and the low level of professional and physical training, to the lack of compliance with security measures and the fear of responsibility and punishment. The article will consider the problems that arise in the course of official activities of police officers, as well as provide a comparative description of foreign countries.
