Actual problems of acquisition of ownership of new linear construction

The author analyzes the features of the acquisition of ownership of the new line features. The characteristic of the term «linear objects», justifies the need for inclusion of linear objects to the objects of real estate and formulates proposals for improvement of civil legislation. It gives examples of judicial practice and focuses on the specifics of the acquisition of rights to a variety of linear objects. Concludes that the legal regime of the purpose of land and legal status of the territory where such facilities were built.
