Current problems of prosecution for participation in business activity of officials of public authorities

In article on the basis of the current legislation information and communication aspects of prosecution of bodies and officials of the public and municipal servants are considered. Administrative prosecution of public authorities or local governments on an equal basis with other legal entities and for the same violations is proved by nothing. Moreover, the harm done to the public relations by this norm is obvious: the authority state as the authorities is belittled.
