Urgent issues of professional psychological training in the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

The article deals with the psychological competence, which is a complex of developed psychological characteristics that comply with the psychological peculiarities of the operational (combat) activities, and is the necessary internal condition for its successful implementation. The author shows that this kind of training plays an important role in overcoming the psychological difficulties in professional activities, and thus it ensures the successful resolution of the professional tasks.
