Actual problems of the prosecutor's supervision of compliance with the rights and freedoms of human and citizen

This article is devoted to a comprehensive research of the legal foundations of prosecutorial supervision of the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the Russian Federation. The article identifies and analyzes the most pressing problems that arise in the implementation of legal norms in this area, and also suggests ways to solve them.
