Current problems of public regulation of local taxes at the level of municipal units

In article the main problem aspects of the current state of a system of local taxation are considered. Different types of violations of the general and special provisions of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation at the local level connected with excess of the tax powers conferred to municipal units are analysed. It is revealed and proved that development of new legal and organizational models of adoption of regulations of municipal units about taxes is relevant now.
