Relevant problems of small and medium-sized business (case study of Belgorod)

The article examines the problems associated with the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the city of Belgorod. It is emphasized that small and medium-sized business plays an important role in the activities of the municipal government and management. Its development promotes employment and social stability, maintains optimum ratio of savings and investments, creates conditions for development of production, import substitution, puts into practice innovative capacity of human resources.
