Current problems of regulation of relations on the gas supply of natural gas, as a municipal service

The authors analyzed the regulatory and enforcement aspects of regulating relations for the supply of natural gas to the consumer. The problems of correlation of regulatory legal acts regulating such social relations are investigated. The legal nature of the consumer’s responsibility for unauthorized interference with the gas metering device has been substantiated. Some difficulties of determining the proper way to protect consumer interests are noted and ways to overcome them are proposed.
