Topical issues of legal status formation of the foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation

The legislature on the legal status formation of the foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation since 2002 and till now undergoes significant changes aimed at procedure improvement of the arrival, lodgement, residence of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the RF and their labour activities. Legal regulation of these issues is connected with problems caused by controversies between respect of the human rights and state security interests of the Russian Federation.
