Current problems of establishment and realization of powers of authority in the sphere of antimonopoly regulation

In article questions of use of discretion in administrative and law-enforcement practice are considered. Legal bases of antimonopoly regulation are analysed. It is revealed that for overcoming problems of realization of the principle of legal definiteness has to consider differentiation of a diskretion.
