Actual problems arising from the consideration of disputes on the settlement of the cadastre value of real estate objects of the equal market value

The article reveals the legal problems arising in the consideration of disputes on the establishment of cadastral value of real estate. The issue of expediency of preparation of an expert opinion of a self-regulatory organization on the report and appointment of a forensic evaluation in the context of the case is considered. The author justifies the need to amend the legal rule relating to the period of application for challenging the cadastral value and suggests ways to solve the problems identified.
