Actual problems of concluding contracts based on the results of competitions

At the present stage of development of competitive methods of concluding contracts, there is a need to eliminate numerous problems that prevent the conclusion of contracts. The article suggests measures that will improve the efficiency of reforming the contract procurement system and competitive methods of concluding contracts, and this in turn will lead to solving existing problems.
