Current problems of intellectual property rights protection in Russia

This article identifies and analyzes the main problems that authors face when protecting their intellectual rights in the Russian Federation. Among them are the low legal literacy of the population, the difficulty of proving authorship and the lack of funding for future projects. The ways of solving the above problems are also suggested.
