Topical issues of administrative and procedural activities in the border authorities of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation

The paper identifies and describes contradictions in legal acts regulating the issues of administrative detention in the border zone, which the author proposes to change. The relevance of the topic is determined by the instability at the State Border of the Russian Federation and in the border areas, as well as the increase of the illegal migration.
