Topical issues of active dispensary supervision of mentally ill people in the practice of a psychiatrist

The issues of application of the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated 30.06.2022 N 453n "On approval of the Procedure for dispensary supervision of a person suffering from chronic and prolonged mental disorder with severe persistent or often aggravated painful manifestations" in the practice of a psychiatrist of the outpatient polyclinic service of Tyumen are discussed. As an illustration of the effect of the Order, data from a retrospective examination of 329 persons under active medical supervision (group D-5) are provided.
