Issues of automation of the activities of the contract service of a budgetary institution

Administration of the enforcement of the contracts is one of the most important sections of the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs, which aims to ensure its stability and protect the interests of customers. Taking in consideration of the dynamic development of legal regulation of the contract system and the large annual volume of purchases of budgetary healthcare institutions, the problem of automation of the administration of the enforcement of the contracts within the procurement of goods, works and services composes not only a scientific interest, but also a high practical importance. The article describes all the forms of enforcements depending on the specifics of the procurement procedures and the contracts and also practical approaches to the automatical management of the enforcement of the contracts during the process of resource support of a multidisciplinary medical organization using the example of «Federal State Public Institution «National Medical and Surgical Center named after N.I. Pirogov» of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation.
