Diagnostics of cervical cancer in Slobodzean region

The article describes an algorithm used for the diagnosis of cervical cancer (CC) in the Slobodzean region of Transnistria. We analysed the dynamics of healthcare quality in a group of 148 patients with cervical disorders in the Slobodzean region during 2015-2016. We suggested an organizational model for the diagnosis and treatment of precancerous and comorbid conditions. Results. Detection of precancerous cervical changes is one of the main methods for reducing the incidence of CC and CC-associated mortality worldwide. We unified the approaches to treatment of patients with comorbid or precancerous cervical disorders and developed special decision-making algorithms for treatment. Currently, there is no effective program of cytological screening for CC in Transnistria.
