Topical issues of formation and development of project financing of housing construction in russian federation

The article deals with the formation and development of project financing in the field of housing construction in the Russian Federation, , the assessment of the current state and development of the construction industry as one of the largest sectors of the country. Forms and methods offinancing of the enterprises of construction branch, including Bank crediting are defined and considered; legal features of development of project financing in the Russian Federation considering stage-by-stage transition from share construction to project financing are scientifically proved; theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the essence ofproject financing are developed.
