Current issues of state land management

The article deals with issues related to state regulation and land management. Land is the main property and national wealth of Russia, it is the most important natural resource used by man throughout his entire existence. The need for its conservation and rational use is relevant at all times, as is the solution to the problems of land resources distribution. In addition to improving the efficiency of land management, the issue of monitoring unused lands is also an acute issue. All this requires a serious revision of the concepts of land policy development at the federal and regional levels, updating the regulatory framework, as well as the introduction of new technologies and innovative methods of administration and land management, the use of modern scientific approaches to diagnosing the current state of the land and property complex of the Russian Federation, including all existing types of property. The article presents the conclusions of the authors on the need to develop certain strategies for regulating relations in the field of the use of land resources by state mechanisms.
