Current issues of investment support for technological sovereignty in Russia

Transformations of the idea of technological sovereignty force us to rethink its content and approaches to achieving the desired results. The article presents an analysis of indicators that determine the basic directions and guidelines in the work to overcome dependence on foreign production, including in critical areas. The studies have shown that in Russia there is a dependence on imported technologies in the main areas of achieving technological sovereignty. As one of the possible tools for overcoming the current situation, the use of the program mechanism of the “Project Financing Factory” operating on the basis of the VEB.RF development institute is considered. The presented data and comparisons allow us to note its significant contribution to solving a set of investment issues associated with the implementation of conceptual technological directions. The article presents calculations of indicators characterizing the technological sovereignty of the country, which indicate the presence of reserves that have not been used to date. The findings and results indicate the presence of internal restrictions that hinder the interest of organizations in investment activities. The results obtained during the study aim to carry out work to eliminate internal barriers to investment, develop a resource base for creating domestic developments and technologies through the implementation of federal and regional projects that are accessible in financial and organizational and legal aspects.
