Current issues of environmental safety. Legal aspect

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of modern environmental legislation of the Russian Federation and foreign countries. the article examines and identifies current systemic and structural problems of environmental legislation, codification of national environmental legislation, and makes proposals to ensure environmental safety, improve legislation on environmental protection and rational use of natural resources.
