Current issues in environmental management in modern conditions

The issues of lean economy, environmental management and environmental protection are becoming increasingly relevant. Climate change and natural disasters are causing increasing damage to the economic and social life of mankind. Against the background of crisis phenomena in world politics, economics and finance, the problems of environmental protection and protection seem to fade into the background. However, this is a very dangerous misconception that can cause even more negative phenomena and processes in the world community. The article identifies the main problems of nature management, considers the threats and risks of the modern attitude to natural resources. The authors focus on possible ways to overcome negative phenomena and analyze the historical experience of nature management. The relationship between the standard of living of the population and the state of the environment is also considered.
