Current issues of timber export from the Far Eastern federal district

The article deals with the main problems of timber export from the Far Eastern Federal District. As the author shows, they are in the illegal logging and shadow turnover of wood, combined with an unreliable declaration. All this harms the economy of the state as a whole. The research allows defining the ways of improving the wood export turnover not only in the Far East, but also in the Russian Federation as a whole.
