Urgent Issues of Quality Assurance of Forensic Expert Activity

The article considers actual problems of innovative mechanisms of forensic expert activity’s quality assurance and their legislative consolidation. The expediency of developing a Code on Forensic Activities in the Russian Federation to unify the legislation on the forensic expertise organization and procedure in state and non‐state forensic organizations has been substantiated, experts engaged in individual forensic activities and persons with special knowledge in the sphere of forensic expertise and involved in forensic investigations.
