Current issues of intellectual property turnover

Since the results of intellectual activity are intangible interests, they cannot be transferred or transferred to other persons as a result of succession or otherwise. The right holder can only dispose of the exclusive right to a large share of the fruits of his intellectual activity, and not the object of intellectual property.
