Actual points of training management of heat supply organizations in context of orientation on new management mechanisms

The article discusses current points of training managers of heat supply organizations of the Russian Federation that have arisen in connection with changes in the priorities of their activities due to new legislative acts in the country. The authors suggest that for the upcoming transformations, the management of organizations should be prepared in the process of studying under programs of higher basic and additional professional education. In this regard, the authors determined the importance of developing the structure and content of the final qualification work, which allows managers at this stage to prepare for the formation of managerial mechanisms aimed at adapting heat supply organizations to new operating conditions. Based on the author’s developments, targeting, a structural-logical model of the final work are presented, the features of the formation of its individual parts are described, which provide the opportunity for the full development of the management mechanism of the organization’s management system.
