Issues of rights and freedoms of juvenile offenders serving sentences by deprivation of liberty: sociological aspect

This article analyzes the current issues in the prisons of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russian Ministry of Justice. The author considers the legal framework of the penalty in the Russian Federation. The article contains examples of re-socialization of convicted children in juvenile correctional facilities. The author also gives examples of the problematic complaints of parents of juvenile offenders. In conclusion the author provides some recommendations on the problem.
