Actual issues of legal regulation of labor of separate categories of workers

The article deals with the issues of relations between employees and employers in cases of provision of temporary staff to an employer, remote (remote) work, as well as related to the electronic registration of labor legal relations. Analyzed are legislative innovations of Russian labor law and law enforcement practice. The authors come to the conclusion that there is insufficient regulatory legal regulation of the labor market and employment in the Russian Federation.
