Topical issues of representation in administrative legal proceedings

Everyone is guaranteed court protection of its rights and freedoms in accordance with the Article 46 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Decisions and actions (nonperformance) of public authorities, local self-government authorities, public associations and public officials may be appealed in the court. The article discusses the grounds for participation and legal powers of representatives in administrative legal proceedings, as well as the procedure for access to the case file, representa- tion of legally protected interests, participants of proceedings, disabled and legal representatives.
