Topical issues of prosecutor's supervision in the sphere of ensuring the rights of citizens affected by crimes (comparative analysis of the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation and the Donetsk People's Republic)

The paper examines some topical issues of prosecutor’s supervision in the field of ensuring the rights of citizens affected by crimes under the legislation of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Russian Federation. The similarities and differences in the legislation of these states on the legal regulation of these issues are noted. The author specifies individual comments, makes and justifies proposals to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Russian Federation to improve the legal regulation of these activities.
