Purpose: Research of actual issues of counteraction to illegal export of capital from Russia Methodology: Formally-legal and statistical method were used. Results: The article considers the relevance of counteraction to the illegal export of capital. The Russian legislation has been analyzed in the sphere of combating illicit export of capital. Proposed measures to combat the illegal export of capital.
