The article discusses the issues of enforcement and differentiation of database intellectual rights and property rights on their tangible medium. The author studies the problems of differentiation of copyright and related rights in obligations associated with databases. The author analyses intellectual property rights in the context of “creative" and “non-creative" databases in tangible form.
